WARMING UP

Warming
up is an essential part of stretching before commencing any training. Within
this section, you will discover a series of eight movements referred to as
BAT LINH, The Eight Fabulous Animals, designed for warming up practices. You
have the option of performing the complete set of Bat Linh or specific
movements depending on your audience and the time available. These movements
are self-contained and do not rely on each other.
